This study aims to analyze the role of Organizational Commitment Mediating Effect Work-Life Balance on Citizenship Behavior. was carried out at Denpasar City Land Office. The number population and sample used is 150 employees, with saturated method where all in this study. data collection a questionnaire. In study, analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based Partial Least Square (PLS). results showed that work-life balance has positive significant effect organizational citizenship behavior commitment, commitment able mediate partially (complementary partial mediation) behavior.
